The 19th China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2017) will be held between November 7 and November 11 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) (No.333 Rd. Songze Avenue, Qingpu District, Metro Line No.2 Xujing E. Station).

The CIIF 2017 will be themed with “innovation, intelligence and eco-friendliness” with a coverage of 280,000 square meters in exhibition areas, or 14,000 standard booths. It plans to have nine themed shows in the areas of numerical control machines, industrial automation, new energy, green cars, technological innovation，aviation, space, new materials and industrial design.

The UK has been invited to be the guest country of the CIIF 2017 to showcase technologies and products of their leading companies. Besides, a series of important events, such as the summit of “China Manufacturing 2025”, the International Conference on Innovation and Development of New Industries（IEID）, the forum on World City Informatization and the forum on World Smart Connected Cars will be held during the fair.

All domestic journalists who apply to take part in the fair should have valid press cards issued by the State Press and Publication Administration. Journalists from overseas should have a locally-registered press card or a journalist visa.
