On August 20, the Lingang New Area will celebrate the third anniversary. The city has formulated the several policies and measures to support the Lingang New Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone to accelerate the construction of an independent and comprehensive node coastal city. A municipal government media briefing is scheduled to be held at 10:30 am on August 20 (Saturday) at the Shanghai Municipal Government’s press briefing room (5th Floor, Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, 100 Renmin Avenue), during which officials from the Lingang New Area, the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Transportation Commission will introduce the development achievements of the Lingang New Area in the past three years and the new policies and measures, and answer questions from reporters.
