Wang Zhen, male, vice president of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He was selected as a leading talent in Shanghai in 2010 and enjoyed special government allowances in the same year. He was awarded the honorary titles of “National Achievement Award for Returned Overseas Chinese Scholar” jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the six ministries and commissions of the State Council, as well as “Shanghai Outstanding Returned Overseas Chinese Scholar.” In April 2008, he was selected by the Central Talent Work Coordination Group (Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee) as a member of the expert committee for the compilation of the medium- and long-term plan for the national talent team construction. His main research areas include talent policy, industrial economy and rural development issues. His main academic achievements include the papers “The Yangtze River Delta’s integrated development enters a new phase in an all-round way”, “The five major issues facing the implementation of the scientific outlook on talents”, etc.; the publications “Strategic theory of empowering the nation with talents”, “Small and medium-sized enterprises: the Source of economic vitality in Japan”, “The second path of China’s industrialization” and etc.

Sun Lixing, male, director of the International Investment Research Office, Institute of World Economy, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Sun did his post-doctorate research in world economics. He has long been engaged in theoretical and empirical research on capital markets in Asia. Currently, he is committed to researching the reform of China’s banking system and financial sector, the opening-up of China’s financial industry, and the study of Asian financial cooperation. His academic papers have been published in “Economic Research”, “Financial Research”, “World Economic Research”, “China Economic Review” and other core academic journals in China and abroad. He won the 7th and 8th Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award. He presided over or participated in a number of provincial and ministerial-level projects, won the first-class funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and grant from the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program.

Tu Longke, male, researcher of Institute of Law, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He holds a PhD degree in law, and is a doctoral supervisor, member of the Academic Committee of Institute of Law, deputy director of the Criminal Law Research Office, Institute of Law, and director of the Youth Center of Institute of Law. He was selected among the young talents of the Research Institute of the China Law Society, and the first batch of experts in the Shanghai Youth Law and Legal Talent Pool. He won the Shanghai May Fourth Youth Medal and the 4th Dong Biwu Youth Jurisprudence Achievement Award of the China Law Society. He has four academic publications including “New Theory on Economic Criminal Law from the Perspective of Online Transactions”, participated in the compiling of nearly 10 academic publications and textbooks, and served as the chief editor of 3 collections of essays. He presided over one late-stage project of the National Social Science Fund, 5 provincial and ministerial-level projects, and more than 10 other various projects.
