Tang Yunyi is director and researcher with the Office of Scientific Research Achievement Communication, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Her main research fields include industrial international competitiveness, new economy, and public policies. Her academic monographs include “Report on International Competitiveness of Key Industries in Shanghai 2017-2018”, and “Construction of the Organizational System of Chambers of Commerce with Chinese Characteristics: From the Perspective of Shanghai.”
Ding Botao is deputy director and associate researcher, Institute of Information Sciences, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. He graduated from the School of Information Management of Wuhan University with a Ph.D. in management. He is the expert of the 7th Shanghai Informatization Expert Committee. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of information resource management, integration of informatization and industrialization, and urban informatization. He presided over the key soft science project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission’s “Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan”: Research on Information Security Risks and Preventive Countermeasures in Digital Epidemiology. He presided over the CASS topic on research and interpretation of the spirits of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Research on Construction of Smart Society in the New Era.
Chen Liang is associate researcher, Institute of World Economy, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and holds a Ph.D. degree in economics. Chen used to work in Shanghai WTO Affairs Consultation Center as director of research department. Chen has long been engaged in research in the fields of regional trade agreements, service trade liberalization, and e-commerce. Since 2013, as a full member of the national foreign negotiation delegation, Chen has participated in the whole process of China-Korea FTA negotiations, China-Japan-Korea FTA negotiations and RCEP negotiations. Chen has presided over several topics such as “Research on RCEP Service Trade Negotiation” and “Technical Support Project on RCEP Substantive Bid/Offer Negotiations” by the Ministry of Commerce. Chen has published many papers on the “World Economic Research”, “International Trade” and other journals.
